Internet in china phone:sim or phone?

Hello,
i have a problem..
i can't use internet in my phone..it's a6+ iphone!
my sim is sun...
i just want to ask if where's the problem..in sim or in phnone?
because sun said dat my phone does not support the feature..
but if i change my sim card,can i use internet already?
like smart and globe?
another thing,where can i get the original setting or software of my phone a6+?
