Expand? What do you mean, adding more space to your C: drive? The only way is removing unwanted files or programs so you make more space. (If that you mean) I don't think you can add more space with a freeware.

My c drive is 10GB and was full now, but my d drive has 80GB, how to move the d drive space to c?
