DNA-A2-11-i Router notworking in my network

sir/madam,


We have broad band internet connection. In my network the internet is disconnecting daily we are switch off/on the router and connecting. The BSNL Technician has told to purchase DNA-A2-11-i Router is multi connector & work so faster than old one. Now it is not working in networking, but it is working for laptop. Can you give more details on this DNA-A2-11-i Router.

Hi,

try to renew the IP address of the computers and then try to connect to the internet again.

open command prompt (start > run > type cmd and press ok).

then type ipconfig /renew and press enter.

exit and try to connect.
