Hello,
sir i have nokia 6300 model.i have bsnl prepaid connetion and in my handset gprs setting are avtivated. i want connect my mobile to laptop throught usb data cable but i am not connecting. i called to customer care but they did't satisfied answer. plz help me.

you need to install the Nokia PC Suite first.

you will get all the options and features of the phone in the software.

then you may connect the phone to the computer properly.
