The sims 3 crashes

Hello,

The graphics card on this computer was just updated today, but still the game is ALWAYS crashing before it even loads the family. It seems to be crashing sooner and sooner every time you turn it on.

If anyone can help in any way it would be much appreciated. ~ Thank you

I think there must be an installation problem,

I will advise you to uninstall the game and re-install it again
