Dell E6400 running XP wont connect

My laptop suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I have a Dell E6400 running windows XP. My laptop says i have excellent signal on my wireless and i uninstalled Norton like alot of people said to. I can ping goole like ive heard and what not. I had some viruses recently but i cleaned them all out. Somebody help me out PLEASE

Hye there,

This is because your wireless device driver is may be corrupted due to infections

Just re-install the driver and please scan your system completely!
