Black preview box on pinnacle

Hello,
i have got a dazzle dvc100 and ive installed everything but the preview box is always black and I cant hear or see anything can you help me plz??

yo man you need to download the patch for, click here http://cdn.pinnaclesys.com/SupportFiles/Hardware_Installer/readmeHW10.htm or copy and paste , then go down to the one werre it says dazzle dvc 100 then click on the one were it says 32-bit or 64-bit depends on which one you have to find out go to start then right click were it says my computer it should say. download it then when it downloaded go to pinncale capture source were it says tv standerd make sure it is NTSC then it should work.

try looking it up on You tube
there are vids to links that fix this
they dident work 4 me tho :(
