I have windows xp. And others can not open my attached file's when I e-mail them.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Please describe which format is the file you are sending to them,

They must have a specific program to open this file!

It is a windows xp microsoft doc. file I am trying to send through yahoo e-mail. The person on the other end can not open the file.
