Restore factory defaults without password

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire 5610, super old I know... I would like to restore it to factory defaults but I forgot my password and six '0' isnt working. Is there another way?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

What is it you'd like to reset to factory defaults ? is it the bios ? please the thenn i can help you

Hello I have been trying 2 send text messages but it keeps coming up as "check oporator services" Does this mean if i restore factory services it will let me. If that means i can, how can i do it without a password?
