Help adobe flashplayer

Hello,
For quite some time now Ive been trying to install adobe flash player. Every time i click install it doesn't let me. It always says save file or cancel. Never run. I need some assistance Ty. I have mozzilla btw.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5
