am Stephen, i have a 4gb Kingston pen drives, when i inset to my computer i see my drive as new volume but the capacity is 000, free space 0000 and used space also 0000 and i have tried to format it but is not, even tried to use windows xp cd to format but is not. is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem or retrieve my pen drive capacity. thanks reply to stevooipmc@yahoo.com
