Acer Extensa 5220

Hello,
I have a problem, i have a acer extensa 5220 laptop and tryin 2 reboot it from scratch but the problem is wen my laptop starts up i dnt have the f10 or f12 option at the start 2 get in2 a full system restore ( destructive ) mode, could u possibly help me please thanks James Crone from Glasgow.

Hye there,

To recover your laptop to factory settings, you will need the recovery disk!

Or all you can do now is to format and re-install fresh windows
