I wana make free calls to pakistan

Hello,
I'm living in uk and my family is in pakistan,so calling from mobile or landline or by using any card is very expansive,but I have got pc with internet and I also have mobile with internet,so could you plzz tell me any software for making free calls from my mobile internet??? And also for my laptop with xp operating system???
