Xp-sp3 instead of vista

Hello,
i already hav vista installed on my lappy(Acer Extensa 4630Z) but i wanna install Win XP-SP3...... but whenever i try to instal it says "u hav a newer version of windows so xp sp3 can't be installed" plz shaow me a way..... i wnna get rid of vista

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.5

Hello,

If you want to install Xp on your laptop,

You will have to save all your important data in an external hard drive,

Then change the SATA operation on your bios settings,

Just change to ATA or IDE

Then you will need to boot the Windows Installation disc to begin installation,

You will be asked to format the partition, Format using NTFS
