Cant run gta4 on my pc

Hey there friends,

can you please help me to run my gta4 on my pc.

my system configuration is:
1.cpu dual core 1.8 ghz
2.1 gb ram
3.nvidia geforce 8400 512mb graphic card
4.windows xp professional service pack 2.

whenever i start the game it says fatal error:RMN40.
please help me to run this.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
