MY CD-ROM WON'T READ MY NEW SOFTWARE PROGRAM

Hello,
I'VE PURCHASE A PRINT ARTIST VERSION 22 SOFTWARE FROM OFFICE DEPOT. IT CAME WITH 2 DVD INSTALLATION DISK. BUT MY CD-ROM DRIVE WON'T READ THE DISK, BUT READ OTHER CD DISK/PROGRAMS. I JUST GOT MY COMPUTER FIX A WEEK AGO CLEARING UP ALL VIRUS. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROGRAM. DO ANYONE HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. I ALSO HAVE WINDOW XP ON MY COMPUTER WHICH THE SOFTWARE REQUIRES.

Hi,

give a look at the disk drive and see if it's written CD-ROM or DVD-ROM.

if there is only CD-ROM, then the drive wont read the disks as it won't be able to read DVDs.

if there's written DVD-ROM, then you should try to update its driver and then try again.
