Keyboard arrow problems

Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satellite A135-S4656 and I'm having problems with my arrow keys. They move up and down way too fast and sometimes don't move at all. Also the Home, PgUp, PgDn, End don not work at all. I generally use the synaptics pointing device on this laptop but I really miss being able to use the rest. I tried to have the keyboard driver updated but it reported that it is up to date. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

there may be a problem with the keyboard.

if you have recently purchased the computer, contact the shop from where you bought it to get it repaired or they will give you a new laptop.

else, you can contact your local toshiba dealer to get it repaired.
