Hello,

I have been told by HP that I cannot use my IE 8 and put IE 7 in my printer. I have no idea how to do this. If I take IE 8 out how do I put in IE 7? I need to do this because I cannot chat online with an HP technician. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi,

go to control panel > add/remove programs

then click on IE8 and then remove it.

try this link to download the IE7 and then install it:
