Hello,

I've noticed recently when I'm shutting down windows I press the 'Turn off computer' button and it sometimes takes up to half and hour to bring up the little screen to ask what I want to do. I'm running windows XP, is it something I should be worrying about and can I rectify it?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
