Vista Ultimate for GTA 4

Hello,
I want to ask that Vista Ultimate 32bit is compatible to run GTA 4. My configuration is 9600GT Nvidia . 4GB Ram DDR2. Quadcore 1.66 processor. 500 GB Hardisk. Please give me a good reply.... I m waitnig....

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.11

Waw it must be work, but rockstar announce that PC version have many bugs, becareful to purchase, i was the victim, and the rockstar said that they would release patch for it
