NOT ABLE TO RESTORE FACTORY SETTING IN 5700

Hello,

My hand set is NOKIA 5700, i dont remember the security code of the handset, i want to restore the factory settings but its not happening, can some one please help me on this finding the security code and bringing back to 12345.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I am sorry but you will have to take the phone to a technician to reset the unlock the security code!
