Hello,

When I plug in my ipod and go to my computer and open the E: Drive I have access to hundreds of songs that I downloaded years ago. I can play them on windows media player but they don't appear on itunes and I cannot access them or play them on my ipod. How do I get them from the files to play on itunes or on my ipod?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

you must have added the songs like you would do for an mp4.

but in fact, for the iPod to play the songs, you need to convert their format.

for this, yo must add the songs to the iPod using iTunes.

open the iPod in My Computer and put the songs in your computer and play them using iTunes.

then you may sync the iPod to iTunes to add the songs.
