I've lost my email password

Hello, i have a problem i had my email that had 1 pass for a pretty long time but then i started thinking someone was accsessing my email but then i retrieved it by sending new pass to email but then the password was like CnNaeI with capitilized leters and i cant get it now i forgot it and secret answer i forgot cause email is 4years old

Heyy.
I was just wondering if u ended up gettin ur em@il back?
Today my brother had tried 2 access his msn/hotmail with the password he has used for quite sometime now and he is unable to get in, it says he is entering wrong password..

Can you help me retrieve the passwords for these two live.com emails? I have tried unsuccessfully to log on to both and it keeps telling me invalid password. I think my accounts have been hacked because I did not change my passwords.
