Build multi-language website

Hello,
I try building website that have two or more languages, but I can not do it. I don't the ways or methods to like that.
So could you please tell me the methods to do?

http://www.yourwebsitein40languages.com is the best translator I've found. It is unique in that it converts in real time without popups, page refreshes, plug ins etc. Give it a try, it's really cool.
