My computer won't open anything

Hello,
hi my computer is acting crazy i can't open up anything but the task manger on one side and the other side is working well me and my husband have our own sides of the computer but mine is not letting me do anything can anyone help me please

Hi this is what you have to do.Go to task manager.... Srry i can't open taskmanager since it kind of broken.But anyway u open task manager you click on the first box on the top left corner fot he task manager and then click new progress.And type in explorer.exe
