Convert xbox 360 into a vista O.S.

Hello,
So I am completely new at this stuff, I dreamt of it one night thinking it was a killer idea. However, there's a major speed bump for me and that would be re-writing the Xbox 360 O.S. to the Vista O.S. or whatever you do to make it work. And the emulators... Computers generally have 3 right? While the Xbox 360 only has one? And some dude in an earlier post said I would have to stop Microsoft updates from coming to my Xbox... Is there a way to do that?
If someone could give me some answers to this I would be extremely grateful. If it's not worth the work I will just make my controller into a WoW controller for the computer lol - That I know I can do. Thanks!
