Comparing two excel sheets

Hello,

I want to compare the rows in two excel sheets and find out true/false value.

For eg: sheet 1 will be having 15 columns & sheet 2 will be having 7 columns. I want to compare the values in 7 columns with the whole of sheet 1.

Configuration: Windows XP
