Magic jack

Hello,
i bought a magic jack everything is working but it keeps on giving me no network connection and my net is working fine and then it tells me to double click and when i do it shows up a page and says that your account has been already acctived.... i dont know what to do..would someone please help me....??

Hello there,

You will need to restart the magic jack in order for it work by either removing the Magic Jack from USB Port for 1 min, or by right clicking and hit restart.
