Cannot format my 2gp micro sd memory card

Hello,
Hi, My 2gp micro sd memory card cannot be formatted in any operating system.....If i format it...it shows a message (WINDOWS UNABLE TO COMPLETE FORMAT)....how can i recover my memory card...?Is there any solution for tat........?
