Hello,

When Windows 7 comes out and I upgrade my Acer Aspire 5518-5474 laptop from Vista Basic, will I be able to get whatever drivers I need so that my HP 6000 printer works with the new Windows 7 operating system?

Will Windows 7 be compatible with Vista-compatible printers?

Thanks

Configuration: Windows Vista Home Basic Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

normally Windows 7 uses most of the Windows Vista drivers.

so you will be able to use the printer if you have the driver for Vista.
