My laptop isnt working

Hello,
i turned on my laptop today and when it was loading onto my account it like frooze, and i couldnt even move the mouse or anything it started normal though, so i decided to restart it so i held the power button til it was like off and then i put it back on now my screen is black and it won't start help mee !
