Msn isn't letting me sign in

Hello,
Windows live Messenger isn't letting me sign in, it says "signing in" for 5 minutes. and then the Trobuleshoot comes up. My internet is working and everything, just not msn.
Please, give me some tips!

if i was you i would turn your internet off
and then back on
i often have this problem with mine
hopefully this will work

Hi

I just had this very same problem
I was using the latest verson of Windows live Messenger couldnt get answers I uninstalled it twice still wouldnt worked so I uninstalled it again and instead of downloading the latest verson I goggled searched Windows live Messenger 8.1 downloaded it installed it and it signed in and my Windows live Messenger is working now hope this helps
