Hello,

I recently bought a netgear wireless router. I have a dell desktop and a dell laptop that I would like to connect to this router. I also must let you know I am computer illiterate , but I did follow the directions screen by screen, and came back with all connections were done correctly, but when it goes through the connection states "failed". Please help!!

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

I would call Netgear. You should have free support for the first few months. They can support their products much better than we can.

Good Luck

Not much of an answer. All I want to know is where do I hook the desktop tower and the NetGear cord?
