I had this Antivirus System PRO virus a few weeks ago, I found 2 ways to remove it

Manual Removal:

1) kill the .exe process - this should stop the popups for the time being while you delete the virus
2) delete all of Antivirus System Pro's files and folders
3) go into your registry and delete all the remains of the virus

please note that if your not familiar with altering system files or registry then proceed with caution with this method, otherwise you can..

Automatic Removal:

go to Antivirus System PRO and do a free scan, the scan will find the virus and then you can remove it

that should do the trick!

Heads up. The virus is changing it's name and registry entries. I just removed a copy with the executable renamed from sysguard to vgixxsysguard. There may have been another copy with yet another name. The string 'sysguard' seems to be a constant

Best way to remove this crap is from a safe mode of Windows. Others also suggest to end system process and modify registry. But you have to backup your registry first before doing so. You can follow this complete removal procedure to remove Antivirus System Pro. http://www.precisesecurity.com/rogue/antivirus-system-pro/
