Hi,

Give me the right model of your PC. Go to the start menu > tape msinfo32 in search zone, and validate with Enter.
In windows opened, you can read the model of your PC.

Well after a ton of searching i was able to find the reason for my problems. Bad video card, what had happened was the video card was updated 2 years ago and without thinking about power supply just added in, well it looks like it has survived 2 years of being bout 50 Watts underpowered. after awhile it took its toll on it and i had to get a new card, i did get a new power supply too. everything works great now.
