Hi,

Open Internet Explorer and try this:

Tools > internet options > security > custom level...

Find "Active Scripting"

then check enable.

When most people request assistance for this problem, most likely, they cannot find their Tools menu, man. So not only am I requesting an answer to this problem, but I would also like to know where the Tools menu is on IE 8 so I can enable JavaScript, because I cannot find it on the display.

On windows xp it was already enabled when I followe that advice but still couldn't get onto my sky account page as stating javascript not enabled.

??????????

as sky only send me a paper bill AFTER they have taken the money out it is causing a slight inconvenience to say the least!
