I need sound device for windows XP on dell

I have no sound on my dell m140. Can I download a "sound device" that will give me sound?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi !

Could you tell me the exact model of your PC ?
Do this : Start menu > Run > tape msinfo32 and validate

On the window, you can notice the full name of the model, please give it to me.
