How do i restore my hp laptop

Hello,
i have a HP laptop. i have many viruses and junk files on there it is very slow and i need to restore it to factory settings. I have not got the disk but i need to resote my laptop to my factory settings.
please if someone helps me i will be very thankfull, Many thanks Jay bayliss :)

Hi,

install an antivirus to heal your computer from the viruses.

then you may do a system restore.

>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
