This problem has been since last month and i am not able to solve the problem till now.
There was one day when my windows Live suddenly went offline.

And later when i tried to sign in all of my contacts were gone.
It says "You don't have any contacts in your list yet.Add a contactoradd people you knowfrom other instant messaging services
and social networking websites."

i tried to reinstall it but still it's the same problem.
But when i tried to open it from my frens place it was all OK.

and PS: Whos ever ID i try to open it in my messenger it applies the problem to all the IDs not only juss mine.

I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN FIX THIS PROB AND THANKS IN ADVANCE.
