Operating Sytem not food during boot up

Hello,
My laptop is HP pavillion dv6000 with windows VISTA OS
Every time i will boot my Laptop it prompt a message <gras> "No operating system found"
I tried to do a recovery using recovery disc it prompt an error code
"Error 0x400110020000100A

What seems to be the problem?
