Upgared to windows 7 HELP!!!

Hello,
My computer came with windows vista home premium..and i upgraded my system to the new windows 7. My norton antivirus software isnt compatibile and now i cant get windows vista back....any ideas how to get windows vista back?? i have my product key to windows vista. I don't have any recovery disks and was told by HP that a sysytem recovery would not work b/c windows vista is no longer in my harddrive.. Please help!!
