Booting Windows XP

Hello,
I have a problem about my laptop.
It has windows XP, but after turn it on, stay in boot screen and not load.
But if press F8 and select option start windows normally, when it boot ,windows will load.
what's the problem?
please help me.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5
