How do you move and sell your furiniture on the Sims 3 for mobile. I can't figure it out. =(

In moving or selling furnitures...first select the menu then click build mode...then click to the items you want to move or sell...

I can't find the build mode on my phone I have the instinct hd by sprint in I can't find the build mode button
