Can't restore system

Hello,
Have been trying to restore my computer to factory settings using Restore CD provided but it won't run the disc. Thought it might have been the cd drive so replaced it, still not working. How can I get it to run

Hello there,

You can try restoring your system in another way! You can do it on safe mode then go in accessories, system tools, Sytem restore!

Choose an earlier date when your pc was running fine

Press Next, let the process to be done

Restart your machine normally!
