Bios flashing

Hello,
I have flash my bios from f.11c to f.22 in my cq40-108tu laptop.now i want to load xp but i am not able to flash the bios back to f.11c. is there any way to install audio driver in f.22 wiyh xp

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.8
