IEXPLORE.EXE: APPLICATION ERROR

Hello,
dear friends i did get IEXPLORE.EXE:APPLICATION ERROR
when i start i get error memory at "0*7e1F9b7E" referenced memory at "0*029559c0".the memory could not be "read".
click on ok to terminate the program.

so please tell me solution this type error

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

You should swap out the memory modules to identify which has broken.
