Hello,
i thought there was a problem with my original vista home premium, so i installed another home premium over the old one(not a clean copy, just upgrade) because i thought i could rollback if necessary.
however, the new home premium doesn't have a product key and i have a couple of days to activate it or else it stops working.
i want to know if i can get the original vista home premium that came with my hp pavillion dv 6000 laptop, or at least get the product keys that came with that one as i have forgotten it.

please help

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

But will restoring to factory actually mean with all factory installed software also? What about any saved data, recent (before the 2nd copy of vista was installed) or old (after computer first used) ?
