Cant connect to the internet on my ps3

Hello, im trying to connect to the internet via mobile broadband usb modem but every time i test the onnection it comes up ip address timed out could not obtain it im new to all this so any help would be very useful thanks
try to keep it simple but and every time i try to connect it custom it comes up with aoss to hold the button now i dont even no were or what that is lol any tips please

Hi there i think it would be best for you to use your wireless router than a usb broadband because when going into the ps3 you dont get as much signal from the stick so i suggest that you try and use your main router hope this helps.
