I know I have a virus because my hidden files can't be viewed! and I keep getting these messages from my antivirus that a lot of emails are being sent in less than 30 seconds or something!
My current antivirus is Mcafee with an updated database (1 day old) but I can't find any viruses....I installed a lot of spyware removers but still no luck!

I tried to install Avira and I got an error stating that C:\DOCUMENTS~\... file can't be read! I get this message at different times every time I try to install it....
Please help me...
I am running out of options! :(((((

Hi,

I would recommend you to make an urgent back up of your system files and important files and format your computer.

An also it is better to use only one antivurus that enables spyware remover.

to uninstall the program go to control panel :

add remove programs and remove it completly also make sure that the application is not actif while removing it.

disable it first :)

Thanks bizzounours,
I was able to install AVG and find a lot of the viruses and fix the "hidden" files problem. But there is one file that keeps popping up and I can't find the source that is making it over and over! the file is:
C:\Windows\system32\3361\services.exe
AVG keeps on deleting this file but it keeps coming back!
Can anyone help me with this problem...I don't want to format my hard drive unless I have no other choice!

Thanks guys.

Yeah..

my laptop also can't delete it

but I could hold it off with Security Task Manager and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

hope this tip could work..:D
