Access to whatsapp account

Hello,

I can't get back into my whatsapp account after my phone broke and I had to get a new one with a new sim card and mobile number.

The number I was registered with on whatsapp has expired.

When I log in via,my new number all my chat groups etc are gone. It's like a new account. 

What can l do?
